What do I need to have to apply for this position?

• Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written), Living in Florianópolis – SC, Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work, Strong communication skills
• Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks, Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets, Experience in fast-paced environments or startups, International experience
• Undergraduate degree
