The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.ResponsibilitiesAssist in hiring processes and talent hunting activitiesSupport people operations and administrative tasksCommunicate with clients or team members as needed to fulfill business requirementsQualificationsMust-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); Living in Florianópolis – SC; Interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; Strong communication skillsNice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International experience; Undergraduate degreeSoft Skills: Proactivity; Problem-solving mindset; Clear and effective communicationEmployment detailsAs a Contractor (PJ): Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (possibility of increasing to R$5k after 6 months)Work with international clients with international standardsOpportunity to grow as a leader; Possibility to move between teamsSpeak in English with coworkers2 weeks of paid leave per year; National holidays; Paid parental leave; Paid marriage leaveRemote work; Health Care Plan - OnlineSubmit your CV to ******; make sure it contains your LinkedIn account.
