Principais AtividadesAcompanhar os principais Kpis operacionais de responsabildade da Gerência;Definir estratégias de detecção no escopo de operações de fraude;Gestão do Contrato de BPO, garantindo entregas e aderência aos requisitos do contrato e alcance dos objetivos definidos pela TIM;Acompanhar da performance das ferramentas utilizadas pela Operação, suportando na resolução de processos de slowtime, downtime e falhas pontuais que possam afetar a performance dos indicadores da área e/ou impactar a experiência do ClienteDetectar fraudes em processos comerciais, mitigando perdas financeiras para a TIM;Desenvolvimento de Cultura Antifraude;Garantir conformidade com o código de ética, regras de Compliance e SOX;Conhecimento, Experiência e Formação:Desejável conhecimento nas principais soluções de Antifraude em Telecom;Conhecimento em análise de indicadores financeiros e operacionais;Experiência em gestão de operações com BPO;Desejável conhecimento em Ferramentas de Antifraude;Conhecimento em ferramentas de visualização e exploração de dados (Power BI, Tableau, SAS, etc);Administração de Empresas, Estatísticas, Matemática, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas
