El rol de **Business Develper**en Capgemini Engineering tiene como principales objetivos detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y crear relaciones de confianza y partnership con los clientes.**Principales retos**- Liderarás la creación de oportunidades desde la generación de leads hasta el cierre de acuerdos: tu experiência en ventas incluirá la gestión de una cuenta específica o la búsqueda y consecución de acuerdos estratégicos, con una clara comprensión del proceso asociado a las ventas basadas en soluciones complejas.- Asumirás la responsabilidad de las ventas rentables, los acuerdos marco y las indirectas: posees habilidades creativas para la resolución de problemas en un entorno de equipo y te sentirás cómodo/a comunicándote de forma clara y eficiente a través de los distintos níveles tanto del cliente como de los negocios de ingeniería de Capgemini.Trabajarás en equipo: eres un/a jugador/a de equipo fuerte y seguro de ti mismo, con amplia experiência en la venta de servicios colaborando con Account Managers y otros vendedores especializados en la industria.**¿Qué buscamos?**- Grado en Ingeniería, pero dependiendo de las inquietudes y experiências previas, valoraremos también muy positivamente otros estudios.- Valoramos experiência previa en un entorno de Consultoría desarrollando negocio en la industrias como Farma, Life & Science, Ferroviario, Automoción, etc- Familiarizado/a o en contacto con las soluciones de Ingeniería (SW, OT, IoT), sector Industrial y plantas de producción.- Español a nível fluido e inglés C1.- Mas que la experiência previa o los estudios, queremos en nuestro equipo personas comprometidas, inquietas y con ganas de aprender y avanzar.Si no cumples con todos los requisitos, pero te apetece seguir tu camino profesional en el area de Ventas de soluciones, aplica y... cuentanos tu historia
