This role includes leadership in projects, making a strategic impact, and taking on significant mentoring responsibilities for junior and mid-level data scientists.
Responsibilities/Description:
- Lead data science projects from conception to deployment.
- Develop and implement sophisticated models and algorithms.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level data scientists.
- Ensure best practices in data science are followed.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align data science initiatives with business goals.
Requirements:
Education:
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
Experience:
- 4-7 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
- Expertise in data analysis, statistical techniques, and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Basic project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
