Let's talk about KeetaKeeta is the international subsidiary of Meituan, one of the world's largest tech and delivery ecosystems, with a bold mission: help people eat better and live better.With that vision in mind, we're expanding globally and getting ready to launch our app in Brazil and we're looking for extraordinary people to join us on this journey of growth and innovation.About the RoleThe Head of Courier Experience will lead all initiatives related to equipment, benefits and the daily experience of riders in Brazil.The role blends strategy and hands-on execution as you will build the long-term structure while operating key processes directly.What You'll Do:• Lead procurement and negotiation with suppliers of all rider equipment• Manage inventory accuracy, forecasting and multi-city distribution• Develop benefit and loyalty initiatives to improve rider experience• Implement seasonal or special equipment projects• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Product, PR and CX teamsWhat We're Looking For:• Strong experience in CX and engagement• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills• Highly data-driven profile with strong analytical thinking; SQL skills are a significant plus• Hands-on profile comfortable with fast-paced environments• Availability to work on-site in São Paulo and advanced English preferredWhat You'll Find Here:• A multicultural and dynamic environment with international exposure• Freedom to propose and test new ideas that drive real impact• A culture that values ownership, innovation and collaboration• The chance to build a critical part of the business from the ground upHow to Apply
