About the Role
The Head of Courier Experience will lead all initiatives related to equipment, benefits and the daily experience of riders in Brazil.
The role blends strategy and hands-on execution as you will build the long-term structure while operating key processes directly.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead procurement and negotiation with suppliers of all rider equipment

- Manage inventory accuracy, forecasting and multi-city distribution

- Develop benefit and loyalty initiatives to improve rider experience

- Implement seasonal or special equipment projects

- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Product, PR and CX teams

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong experience in CX and engagement

- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills

- Highly data-driven profile with strong analytical thinking;
SQL skills are a significant plus

- Hands-on profile comfortable with fast-paced environments

- Availability to work on-site in São Paulo and advanced English preferred
