Job Title: SAP Change ManagerThis is a challenging opportunity to lead change management in large-scale IT programs, focusing on ERP and SAP.Develop and execute a unified change management strategy across the IT ecosystem.Lead impact assessments, business readiness checks, and stakeholder engagement planning.Deliver structured communications, training, and enablement plans for end-users across functions.Collaborate with technical leads, program managers, and senior stakeholders to align change milestones with deployment timelines.Measure adoption and engagement using data-driven feedback and adjust strategies as needed.Coach leaders and influencers to serve as change agents and culture champions.Key Responsibilities:Implement strategic change initiatives across the organization.Assess organizational impacts and develop mitigation strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.Design and deliver effective training programs.Identify and address knowledge gaps within the organization.Requirements:Proven experience in change management, preferably in an ERP/SAP environment.Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skills.Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and evolving requirements.Certification in Prosci or comparable change management methodology.Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, HR, or related field.Skills: Change Management, ERP, SAP, Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Communication, Training, Enablement, Data-Driven Decision Making.Join a reputable client in Brazil working on a high-profile project.
