Learn more at the Role:We are looking for a Learning Innovation Specialist to elevate Turing's Talent Development programs through AI-driven tools, creative media, and scalable solutions. This role is part builder, part technologist, and part designer. You will rapidly prototype, produce, and deliver high-impact learning experiences — with a strong focus on video, AI tools, and execution at startup speed.Key ResponsibilitiesMedia ProductionProduce and edit high-quality learning videos (AI-generated and light manual editing) that meet enterprise polish standards.Create branded assets (e.g., intros/outros, lower thirds, overlays) and visual consistency across learning content. AI-Enabled Learning DesignPrototype and implement AI-powered solutions (chatbots, adaptive modules, content automation, workflows) to scale learning delivery.Leverage no-code and AI tools to build efficient, scalable content systems.Systems & Templates for ScaleDevelop reusable templates, frameworks, and media assets to support onboarding, bootcamps, enablement, and more.Partner with Talent Development Partners (TDPs) and PX team to bring content to life with high-quality visuals and creative delivery formats.
