Ecosystem Growth Specialist

Your opportunity:The Cardano Foundation is seeking a highly motivated LATAM Ecosystem Growth Specialist to support the Foundation's mission of expanding the Cardano ecosystem across Latin America.
This role will work directly with the LATAM Business Development Lead to help drive adoption, foster partnerships, and deliver strategic initiatives that contribute to Cardano's long-term presence and success in the region.We are looking for a project manager and ecosystem builder with strong organizational skills and a proven track record of delivering initiatives in multi-stakeholder environments.
The ideal candidate will have professional experience in blockchain and/or emerging technologies, fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and the ability to operate across diverse cultural, governmental, academic, and corporate landscapes.Responsibilities:Project & Program ManagementSupport the LATAM Business Development Lead in executing regional strategy and initiatives.Manage cross-functional projects with governments, academia, enterprises, and ecosystem partners.Maintain project plans, track KPIs, and ensure timely and budget-aligned delivery.Ecosystem & Stakeholder EngagementSupport to identify and manage relationships with key LATAM stakeholders (public sector, academia, enterprises, communities).
Act as a liaison between local partners and the Cardano Foundation to ensure alignment and communication.Operations & CoordinationCoordinate regional participation in events, conferences, and community initiatives.Provide logistical support for LATAM-based activities and adapt global content for local relevance and vice-versa.Communication & ReportingPrepare reports, presentations, and updates on regional progress and risks.Support stakeholder communications and serve as a point of contact for regional ecosystem inquiries.Your story:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Project Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, ecosystem development, business development, or related roles, ideally within the blockchain, FinTech, public sector or emerging technology sectors.Proven experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects in LATAM markets.Professional fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese — written and verbal.Strong understanding of blockchain technology, the Web3 landscape, and the opportunities and challenges in the LATAM context.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience working across cultural boundaries and with distributed teams.Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Your impact:Accelerate Cardano's Footprint in LATAM:Directly drive the adoption and expansion of the Cardano ecosystem across Latin America by successfully delivering strategic initiatives and fostering key regional partnerships.Bridge & Empower Diverse Stakeholders:Serve as a critical liaison, enabling seamless collaboration between local governments, academic institutions, enterprises, and communities with the Cardano Foundation.Ensure Regional Success: Translate strategic plans into tangible outcomes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget, and that regional activities effectively contribute to Cardano's long-term presence and growth in LatinAM.The Cardano Foundation is an independent, Swiss-based not-for-profit organization.
