and explain how NuORDER helps customers apply best practices.Work closely with customer success and implementation teams to learn about customer goals and guide the portal build using their data.Analyze and refine data in Excel, while helping customers identify and resolve any data issues.Become a NuORDER expert and configure the optimal portal setup for each customer.Manage multiple onboarding projects at once, ensuring a smooth and timely launch.What we're looking forExperience: 2+ years in an analytical, customer service, or technology-related role.Strong communication skills in English - you'll be interacting with clients by phone, email, and virtual meetings (French is a big plus).A genuine love for problem-solving and logical thinking.Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills -
