**About the Role**:
The Operations Manager role supports the greater Partnerships team by planning and surfacing opportunities or activations which bring value to our Partners.
You will report to the regional Content and Partnerships team and will manage the inbound opportunity pipeline.
You will track these campaigns using our internal pipeline and project management software, communicating to partners across the business and ensuring the participation of the partners.
You will also keep data up-to-date, surfacing, and reporting on data.
And serve as a close advisor to the whole partnerships function by serving the team with all data needs for business understanding.
You will work with other teams regionally across Twitch, including Marketing, Business Development, Sales and Original Content to support successful execution of opportunities and programs.
**You Will**:
- Gather and report feedback which will contribute to content strategy
- Work directly with the two regional teams (Brazil - Spanish Speaking Americas)
- Work with Account Managers to source streamers for opportunities including Sales custom activations, Marketing campaigns, ad-hoc projects or others.
- Go-To-Market tooling and process development
- Maintain Service level agreements and identify areas of opportunity to improve processes.
- Support to strategic content programs
- Share insights and best practices with other Twitch departments
- Maintain data hygiene, surface main data for reporting purposes
- Build reports to track progress and achievement towards operational goals
- Identify and escalate project risks
- Provide product feedback on internal tooling
- Support the team by identifying data sources, manipulating and sharing data.
**You Have**:
- Professional fluency in Spanish or Portuguese and English
- Experience working with multicultural teams
- Familiarity with the LATAM content, gaming and entertainment industry
- 5+ years operational project management, or equivalent roles
- Comfortable working with and surfacing data, having experience using data systems (Tableau, Mode, Salesforce, etc).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with project management systems (Asana, Trello, Monday, Airtable).
