Join to apply for the SEO Specialist role at WRS HealthVoted #1 EHR by PC Mag, WRS Health delivers a fully integrated cloud based EMR and practice management solutions to its clients.We bring solutions to physicians by providing constant enhancement of our products and services including EHR, practice management, marketing, patient coordination and billing.Job Purpose and RoleWe are seeking an SEO Specialist who will be responsible for developing and executing SEO and SEM strategies, managing backlink analysis, optimizing search engine performance, and conducting competitive analysis to stay ahead in the digital landscape.This role will work closely with the content, marketing, and web development teams to enhance our search rankings and maximize website performance.Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website trafficManage and optimize SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive targeted traffic and improve conversion ratesConduct backlink audits, outreach, and link-building strategies to improve domain authorityPerform keyword research and on-page optimization for content, metadata, and site structureAnalyze search engine performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO toolsMonitor competitor SEO and SEM strategies, identifying opportunities for improvementCollaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in blogs, landing pages, and website updatesConduct technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving issues related to site speed, indexing, and mobile optimizationGenerate SEO performance reports, tracking KPIs such as rankings, traffic, and conversion ratesStay up-to-date with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practicesQualificationsProven years of experience in SEO, SEM, and search engine analyticsStrong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)Experience with backlink strategy development, link-building campaigns, and competitive analysisProficiency in keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical SEOFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO purposes is a plusStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret SEO data to drive actionable insightsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong understanding of AI-driven search experiences, including Google's SGE, Perplexity, ChatGPT browsing, and other AI-generated result formats.Ability to adapt content strategies to rank in AI-generated responsesExperience optimizing content for AI search engines, including entity-based SEO, structured data, schema markup, and conversational queries to improve visibility in AI-driven search resultsAdditional DetailsHours: Available during standard US business hours (9am-5pm EST or 8:30am-4:30pm EST)Location: Remote - Full timeThis job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.It is not a complete statement of duties, responsibilities or requirements.Other duties not listed here may be assigned as necessary to ensure proper operations of the department.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales, General Business, and EducationIndustriesWireless Services, Telecommunications, and Communications Equipment Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
