Ansell is looking for an eCommerce Manager The primary purpose of this position is to drive profitable market share growth for Ansell solutions by leading E-Commerce activities in the LAC region. Our overriding goal is to maximize Ansell’s penetration within E- Commerce. This is inclusive of but not limited to Mercado Libre, Amazon, web store, and other retailer marketplaces. What your role will be? Lead the operations, growth strategy and execution of the regional webstore(s) to serve known personas and new customers / visitors in partnership with IT, Logistics, and Customer Service. Lead marketing initiatives to increase e-commerce sales; this includes guiding Marketing Specialist on the set up and optimization of Marketplace stores. Responsible for leading the team to achieve financial targets identified in the eCommerce business. Guide the regional cross-functional team to generate demand with target personas collaborating with content and analytics teams. Manage two direct reports: eCommerce Specialist Mexico and eCommerce Specialist Brazil. Support the regional e-commerce ecosystem by guiding the team in Best Practices for the operational side of the business (forecast, supply, order management, chargeback, IT and logistics) as well as the commercial aspects (assortment, price, content and advertising). Generate regional e-commerce strategy as it relates to channels to prioritize, audiences to target and size of opportunity to chase. Partner with regional marketing team to ensure the optimal digital journey for customers in Latin America. Report trends, learning and next steps to marketing organization and leadership team. Leverage analytics tools to map out webstore shopper’s behavior and come back with optimization opportunities to increase conversion and basket size. Enable product and company reviews to enhance customer experience. Identify and prioritize enhancement opportunities as part of the webstore roadmap. Explore different Go-To-Market strategies with the corresponding back-end and financial implications. Including but not limited to distribution channels, systems, pricing and targeting. What will you bring to Ansell? B.A. or B.S. degree. Degree in marketing preferred. E-Commerce Marketing: 5 to 8 years (Required). Knowledge and Skills Proven success track record of launching, managing and growing webstores from a marketing demand generation and technical back-end admin perspective in multiple countries across Latin America (Brazil and Mexico+). Strong project management skills and a bias for action. Experience with Marketplaces, including Mercado Libre, Amazon, and SEO implementation Digital marketing experience, especially within Advertising. Strong understanding of digital marketing and E-Commerce channel. Exceptional communication skills. Solid understanding of eCommerce operations, forecasting and supply chain management. Experience in managing teams, including direct reports. Sound understanding of optimal eCommerce tech stack and ability to translate into business case.
