As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in unlocking insights from complex data sets and helping our business colleagues make informed decisions.This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identifying and querying data sources, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.The primary goal is to extract valuable information from large volumes of data and help solve problems.The successful candidate will have experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing and visualizing data, and working with Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment.You will be responsible for:Working closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needsIdentifying and querying data sources to gather the required informationCleansing and massaging data to create actionable insightsPresenting findings to stakeholders and gathering feedbackDeploying data, reports, and dashboards to TableauDeveloping reports according to analyst-defined specificationsThe ideal candidate will have:At least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reportsAn understanding of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deploymentA solid understanding of relational data modelingStrong analytic skills with a hands-on approachSuperior organizational skills with a disciplined approach to implementationExperience with ETL of data from various sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologiesKnowledge of SQL Server database architectureAdvanced English levelWe offer a range of benefits including flexibility, tailored compensation, tech-driven tools, autonomous workflow, well-being, diversity & inclusion, collaboration, and development opportunities.
