Job OverviewAbout the roleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about data analysis and wants to drive their own development.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantitative research, statistical modeling, and delivering actionable insights.They will also be proficient in complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and client relationship management in fast-paced environments.A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in report development and data analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand business requirements, determine relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and prepare visualization reports.Gather data from various sources, including databases, APIs, files, and streams, ensuring integration into suitable formats for analysis.Prepare data analysis addressing inconsistencies, errors, and missing values to ensure quality and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.Implement and maintain data governance policies and security measures to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulations.Employ statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze data, identify patterns and trends, and develop predictive models for forecasting.Required Skills and QualificationsProficient in Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik.Experience working with Power BI data visualization and reporting.Familiarity with GitHub, Visual Studios, SSIS/SSRS code management, and reporting.Proficient in Python for data manipulation and knowledge of PowerBI/Qlik.Expertise in the entire quantitative research process, including statistical methods.Ability to communicate data-driven stories effectively to achieve business outcomes.Understanding of software development best practices and cloud technologies.Excellent communication skills in English, required for effective work with US-based clients.BenefitsCelebrationsSpecial discountsEntertainment areaModern Work SpacesGreat work environmentPrivate medical insurance
