Hi thereWe are South and our client is looking for a Growth Marketing ManagerNote To ApplicantsEligibility: This position is open to candidates residing in Latin America.Application Language: Please submit your CV in English.Applications submitted in other languages will not be considered.Professional Presentation: We encourage you to showcase your professional experience by including a Loom video in the application form.While this is optional, candidates who provide a video presentation will be given priority.About The RoleThe Growth Marketing Manager will oversee marketing efforts for two new telemedicine sub-brands, focusing on creative strategy, performance marketing, and brand expansion.This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys experimenting with AI-driven marketing tools, and can execute across multiple digital channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies for new telemedicine sub-brands targeting niche audiences.Oversee affiliate and social media marketing campaigns.Use data analytics to optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.Collaborate with designers, CRM specialists, and sales teams to align marketing and business goals.Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign automation and personalization.Qualifications4+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing (preferably in health, wellness, or consumer brands).Strong understanding of paid social, affiliate, and performance marketing.Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).Creative, analytical, and comfortable with both strategy and execution.Excellent communication and project management skills.If this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume#J-*****-Ljbffr
