As a key player in the payments industry, InComm has over 30 years of experience and a presence in more than 30 countries.Our mission is to revolutionize global commerce through innovative payment technologies for retailers, brands, and consumers.The Procurement Operations Analyst role plays a crucial part in submitting purchasing requests through iProcurement and monitoring the ticket process until a purchase order is assigned.This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders including IT managers, Vendor Management Team members, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Team members to gather information and ensure timely completion of tasks.Responsibilities:Submitting purchasing requests through iProcurementTracking iProc tickets as they progress through the approval processUpdating the team agenda on a daily basis and attending weekly meetingsEngaging with third-party companies like NetNet to obtain quotesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in operational processes and proceduresEffective communication skills within the IT department and external teamsStrong analytical skills are preferrediProcurement experience is an assetProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat ProSelf-motivation, prioritization, and willingness to seek guidance when neededExcellent oral and written communication skillsAble to work effectively with diverse teams across the organizationThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of seamless, high-quality software systems at InComm.
