At Home Alliance, we are expanding our partnership campaign & sales team to fuel rapid growth in the facility management and home services industry.Our ideal candidate is a proactive results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.We are seeking an experienced B2B/B2C sales professional with a proven track record of building partnerships and driving measurable results.The successful candidate will play a key role in executing multi-touch outreach campaigns (calls, emails, SMS) — driving new partnerships, nurturing relationships, and closing deals with qualified warm leads.The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting proactive outreach to potential partners, managing and nurturing a pipeline of prospects from first contact to deal closure, qualifying warm leads, negotiating and closing partnership agreements aligned with company objectives, and maintaining accurate records in CRM.In this 100% remote position, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with leadership and grow in business development while enjoying flexible schedule U.S. hours overlap preferred.A competitive compensation package plus performance-based bonuses awaits the right individual.Our ideal candidate has:2+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C sales, ideally in home services, facility management, or related fieldsProven success in direct sales, partnership management, or business developmentStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsTech-savvy — comfortable working with CRM and sales automation toolsHighly organized, accountable, and driven by measurable goalsPreferred qualifications include experience in facility management, HVAC, pest control, or cleaning services, familiarity with affiliate or partnership program models, and experience running multi-channel outbound campaigns.
