own support and provide an outstanding experience to employees via tools such as Slack and Jira.Support macOS in an enterprise setting; procure and deliver technology equipment; own onboarding and offboarding experiences.Design, test, build, document programs and policies, and contribute improvements to knowledge resources.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM with Jamf, etc.).Own and improve IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks.Manage incidents and issues to resolution; prioritize help desk tickets; work on projects over sprints with Jira (agile methods).Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned to team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc., and to use open source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows in Okta; working with APIs to integrate systems.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; handling hardware shipping and customs.Excellent written and verbal communication across all media; ability to explain technical concepts clearly and empathetically.Strong writing skills for tickets, email and Slack; clear, friendly, concise communication sensitive to different cultures.Security-minded with understanding of PGP;
