About This RoleThe Salesforce team works within the Digital Transformation unit to empower Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support with CRM solutions that support our market growth.
You will be accountable for ensuring that Salesforce delivers value across all customer-facing teams through scalable, high-quality, and relevant solutions.You will collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, administrators, business analysts, designers, and cross-functional business units to design best-in-class CRM experiences.
Partnering with Business Units, you will define and manage the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce across the company, leading the translation of business needs into a prioritized product backlog.To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in product management, CRM systems, and stakeholder management.
You should also be highly collaborative, thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.What You Will Lead/Do Or Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and evolve the Salesforce user experience, data model, and configurations to support business processesDeliver automation, workflows, and integrations that drive productivity and enable accurate forecasting and pipeline visibilityEnsure data integrity and user adoption across the platformLead a cross-functional team of architects, developers, admins, and business analystsDefine and evolve the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce CRMWork closely with Sales, Marketing, CS, Support, and Finance to gather requirements and prioritize solutionsChallenge existing CRM processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and automationCommunicate the roadmap and deliverables across the organizationFoster adoption of new features and workflowsDefine and track success metricsOwn and prioritize the backlog and delivery process, partnering closely with the Salesforce admin/dev teamManage expectations across business stakeholders, providing visibility and clarity at each stage of deliveryQualifications / What You Need To SucceedBackground in Product Management, Computer Science, CRM, Digital Transformation, or Business Process OptimizationExperience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Service Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud) is a plus)Familiarity with CRM reporting, forecasting, and pipeline managementUnderstanding of CRM data models, user roles, profiles, and permissionsExperience working with Salesforce Architects to deliver solutionsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsPrior experience in Agile environments and backlog management tools like JiraBonus: Salesforce Certifications; Marketing or Sales background in a B2B organizationThe Longer StoryOutSystems enables enterprise teams to build AI-powered applications and agents that reduce manual work, streamline internal operations, and accelerate impact.
