This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key members of our Engineering team and position yourself for unique career growth opportunities.What You'll Do:- Ensure that the website works correctly and accurately and is up to date.
- Ensure that the website conveys the right image to the organization's customers and that the site is easy to find through search engines.
- Build a roadmap, define OKRs, and measure execution.
- Select the hardware and software that allows the company to conduct business through the internet, electronic commerce, etc.- Communicate progress and coordinate with senior management and other teams.
- Optimize and improve methodologies and workflows.Here's what we are looking for:- 5+ years of experience working as a Team Manager.
- 3+ years of experience in Team design and hiring.
- Extensive product design experience and Content strategy.
- Knowledge of SEO and writing for the web.
- UX/UI and Performance marketing experience.
