LastPass is looking for a Principal Operations Manager:The Principal Operations Manager is a senior leader within the Strategic Operations team at LastPass, responsible for driving high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
This role requires a fast learner and trusted collaborator who excels in navigating complexity, fostering alignment, and executing with precision.
The ideal candidate brings strong portfolio management experience, operational rigor, and the ability to connect dots across teams, systems, and priorities.

Who will you work with?
As Principal Operations Manager, you'll collaborate closely with LastPass executives, functional leaders, and cross-functional teams across product, go-to-market, customer success, and IT.
You'll be a trusted partner in driving strategic alignment and execution across the business.
This role also works alongside other operations professionals to build scalable processes and foster transparency.
Expect to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from senior leadership to frontline teams, to ensure initiatives are well-coordinated and impactful.What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?
Drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives by developing clear structures, timelines, and forums that align with annual planning goals.Collaborate with leaders across functions to ensure seamless execution, resolve dependencies, and report on business impact.Facilitate strategic discussions that surface conflicts, clarify priorities, and enable decisive action across teams.Lead and evolve LastPass's portfolio management framework to support business transformation and operational excellence.Own planning and collaboration platforms, including tooling, content curation, and best practices that enhance team productivity.Guide the assessment, selection, and implementation of project management tools to improve execution and transparency.Deliver executive-level dashboards and live updates that track progress on major initiatives and drive data-informed decisions.What does it take to work at LastPass?
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to establish trust and foster collaboration across all levels.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strength in conflict management and problem solving.Fast learner with strong logical and analytical thinking, and hands-on experience with metrics and analytics.Proficient in modern program management tools and processes, with a track record of creating order from ambiguity and solving unique, first-time problems.Experience managing SaaS lifecycle initiatives, including product development, go-to-market, and customer lifecycle; high-velocity/SMB sales motion is a plus.Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives, organizing and directing multiple teams, and managing cross-functional project portfolios.Minimal travel may be required for company functions and team activities; primary locations include the Continental U.S. and Hungary.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.US Pay Range $144,400 — $170,000 USDWhy LastPass?
