Senior Technical Consultant Salesforce Data CloudJoin to apply for the Senior Technical Consultant Salesforce Data Cloud role at ITQuest6 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Conhecimentos Técnicos RequeridosWe are seeking a Salesforce Technical Consultant Data Cloud to design, implement, and optimize Data Cloud solutions (formerly Customer Data Platform CDP).This role involves integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with other Salesforce Clouds and enterprise systems to deliver a unified customer view and enable advanced personalization, analytics, and automation.Lead the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including data ingestion, harmonization, unification, segmentation, and activation.Design integrations between Data Cloud, Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce Clouds, as well as with enterprise data lakes, ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms.Oversee Data Stream configuration, Data Model Object (DMO) design, Calculated Insights, and Segment creation to enable personalized experiences.Collaborate with functional teams to enable personalization use cases, customer journeys, and marketing automation using Data Cloud activations.Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify problems, analyze data, and propose solutions.Education and Certifications (preferred)Salesforce Certified Data Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Certified Integration Architect or Application ArchitectSalesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant or Administrator (advantageous)Key ResponsibilitiesMinimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce technical delivery or architecture roles.At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) implementation or integration projects.Proven experience in multi-cloud Salesforce environments and large-scale data integration programs.Deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, including ingestion models, data mapping, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.Strong proficiency in Salesforce APIs, Mulesoft, ETL, data modeling, and SQL.Experience designing multi-cloud and hybrid data architectures integrating Sales, Service, Marketing, and external systems.Understanding of event-based data ingestion, real-time streaming, and data privacy frameworks.Ability to translate complex data and architecture concepts into clear business value.Problem-SolvingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.CommunicationExcellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Support and interact with diverse teams across multiple locations and time zones.Interact with a cross-functional team to solve problems and gather requirements.Should be able to track incidents, service requests, and change requests to make sure SLAs are met.Horário de Trabalho100% Remote - Shift hours - Support PST hours (13hrs às 22hrs Horário Brasil)Informações Adicionais100% Remoto - Horário: 13hrs às 22hrs Horário BrasilPrazo: ******* a *******Idioma: Inglês avançadoSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at ITQuest by 2x#J-*****-Ljbffr
