Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the worldWhat to expect on your journey with usA solid and innovative company with a strong market presenceA dynamic, diverse, and collaborative work environmentLeaders with deep market knowledge and strategic visionWhat we count on you forBuild and automate dashboards and reports, especially related to Uniphore transcription data.Understand business goals, gather requirements, and communicate effectively about what data is available or limited.Extract and manipulate data using SQL, Cognos ReportNet, OBIEE Answers, and Google Looker.Ensure data quality, contribute to testing and implementation for system upgrades or changes, and analyze the impact on data/reporting.Act as a liaison between business and IT, resolving data-related technical issues collaboratively.Create NLP to generate insights into transcribed customer interactions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field.Strong proficiency in SQL (programming, modeling, and handling complex queries).
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (baselines, reporting).
