We're seeking a strategic and analytical professional to join our team as a Marketing Project Analyst. This key role plays a pivotal part in the efficient delivery of high-quality creative products, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and launch dates are met.
The Marketing Project Analyst will be responsible for creating and enforcing project schedules with input from team members as needed. They will also author project-specific documentation, prepare and present project proposals, and develop a data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of analytics and current performance measurement approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and enforce project schedules;
- Author project-specific documentation;
- Prepare and present project proposals;
- Develop a data-driven mindset;
- Cultivate creative ideas for campaigns;
- Negotiate timelines and resource allocation;
- Identify potential risks and challenges.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Business or Marketing Management;
- Advanced level of English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese;
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite;
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms;
- Experience in Media, Digital, Advertising and Communications;
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams;
- Culturally sensitive with an international mindset;
- Awareness of the latest trends in digital marketing and emerging technologies.
