We are seeking an accomplished financial analyst to join our fast-paced team.

Job Description

This is a high-impact, early-career role for someone who's analytical and excited to create structure in a dynamic environment. You'll own financial planning, support strategic decision-making, and help lay the foundation for a scalable finance function.

  • Develop foundational finance systems, tools, processes, and reporting cadence
  • Owning forecasting, budgets, scenario modeling, and ensuring accurate financial data
  • Partner closely with revenue, partnerships, and executive leadership teams to guide business decisions
  • Track key performance indicators and develop internal dashboards to surface actionable insights
  • Lay the groundwork for future finance hires by implementing efficient systems and best practices
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Building financial models and forecasting tools
  • Managing cash flow, working capital, and vendor relationships
  • Tracking financial metrics and developing strategies for improvement
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or startup finance
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Strong Excel/modeling skills and ability to build from scratch
  • A builder's mindset – enjoy creating tools, systems, and processes from the ground up
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Intellectually humble and eager to learn
  • Bonus: Experience in implementing new finance tools/processes or seeing a startup scale
