Global Supply Chain StrategistWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Supply Chain Strategist to join our team.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of our global supply chain strategy, ensuring seamless product flow from factory to customer.Job DescriptionSupply Chain LeadershipDevelop and implement a comprehensive global supply chain strategy that aligns with our business goalsLead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost savings throughout the supply chainManage end-to-end logistics, including procurement, inventory management, and freight forwardingInventory ManagementOptimize inventory levels across multiple channels (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) to minimize stockouts and overstockingDevelop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to inform inventory decisionsImplement data-driven strategies to prevent overstocking and stockoutsFulfillment OptimizationStreamline order flow from purchase order to delivery across all marketsCollaborate with 3PLs, Amazon FBA, and warehouses to ensure timely and accurate deliveryEnsure seamless restocks and product transfers across regionsSupplier RelationshipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and pricingOversee freight and logistics operations, including freight forwarders and customs clearanceNegotiate payment terms that balance speed with capital efficiencyRequirementsMust-Haves:5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in e-commerce or D2CDeep understanding of Amazon FBA, Shopify, and global fulfillment networksProven ability to manage end-to-end logistics, from POs to last-mile deliveryStrong Excel/data skills, including pivot tables and demand modelingExperience managing freight, customs, and multi-region inventory flowsBonus Points:Experience working with high-growth consumer product brandsPrior work in multi-market fulfillment (US, Canada, EU, Asia)Knowledge of inventory planning tools like Inventory Planner or NetSuiteBackground in cost accounting or experience working closely with FinanceBenefitsMeaningful WorkAs a Global Supply Chain Strategist, you will play a critical role in helping us build a world-class supply chain that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.Real Growth OpportunitiesWe offer a dynamic and challenging environment where you can develop your skills and expertise, take on new responsibilities, and make a real impact on our business.Agile and Flexible Work EnvironmentOur team is agile and flexible, and we prioritize work-life balance.
