**Como será o seu dia a dia de trabalho?

Como parte da equipe de Contratos, você será responsável pelo gerenciamento e controle de fila da área.
**Quais serão as suas responsabilidades?
**
- Controlar e gerenciar a fila de trabalho da área de contratos;
- Alimentar planilha com as demandas diárias;
- Direcionar as ordens de vendas para cada responsável;
- Validar, identificar e controlar as pendências;
- Acionar as áreas envolvidas para resolução de pendência;
- Alimentar e gerar relatórios para um controle efetivo de quantidade de tarefas em aberto;
- Gerenciar prazos e divulgar internamente.
**O que esperamos que você possua?

- Excel intermediário/avançado;
- Experiência na área administrativa.
- Desejável Inglês Intermediário.
