Marketing Production Designer - Remote WorkAt BairesDev®, we deliver cutting-edge solutions for giants like Google and innovative startups across Silicon Valley.Our diverse 4,000+ remote team drives significant global impact.As a Marketing Production Designer you'll produce, adapt, and deliver high-quality creative assets that support brand and growth initiatives across multiple channels.What You'll DoProduce marketing design elements and assets, including layouts, slides, presentations, and graphics.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to deliver art files for physical items such as gift kits, promotional materials, and event items.Rebuild and adapt marketing assets to align with new visual guidelines.Manage external vendors for outsourced projects, including video editing and motion design.Manage, optimize, and organize the design asset library for scalability and efficiency.What We're Looking For3+ years producing digital marketing assets (slides, web pages, banners, ads).2+ years in B2B or tech social media roles.1+ year leading social media strategy.Degree in Design, Graphic Design, or Visual Media (desirable).Benefits100% remote work from anywhere.Competitive compensation in USD or local currency.Hardware and software setup for home office.Flexible hours and your own schedule.Paid parental leave, vacations, and national holidays.Multicultural environment and mentorship opportunities.Apply now and become part of a global team where your unique talents can thrive#J-*****-Ljbffr
