Brand & Marketing Designer (Part-Time / Fractional)Join to apply for the Brand & Marketing Designer (Part-Time / Fractional) role at tl;dv - AI Meeting Assistant.OverviewWe are building a differentiated brand in a competitive AI/SaaS market.This is a part-time freelance role with a clear path to a full-time position within 12 months based on impact.You will report to the Founder/Marketing/Head of Design and work with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Founders to ship work that moves metrics.What You'll DoOwn day-to-day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assets.Evolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfaces.Turn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets).Rapidly prototype A/B test variants; ship multiple creative angles per week.Build reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers).Collaborate on campaign concepts end-to-end: insight ? moodboard ? concept ? production ? iteration.Maintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serve.What Success Looks LikeEnhancing our designs to build thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaS.Asset turnaround under 48 hours for priority requests; weekly creative batch drops.A cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero rework.Who You Are6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in-house).You know category patterns and how to break them.Exceptional taste with refined typography, layout discipline, and strategic restraint where it matters.Deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI; you have references at your fingertips.Not afraid to be bold; you can defend strong creative while staying coachable.Fast-paced, passionate, easy to work with; low-ego collaborator who communicates crisply.Tools: Figma & WordPress / Elemento power user; Adobe Illustrator as needed.Bonus: light motion (After Effects, or Figma video exports).Bonus Points2–4+ years in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling).Ability to produce quick micro-motion (feature reveals, UI walkthroughs, ad loops).Understanding of performance marketing basics (hook hierarchy, thumb-stop, offer framing, mobile-first).Experience building componentized design systems for marketing.The OpportunityStart part-time freelance; earn your way into a full-time seat in up to 12 months based on results.Ship work seen by millions, not buried in decks.Direct access to founders; zero bureaucracy; ownership from day one.What to IncludePortfolio with 6–10 pieces relevant to SaaS/AI marketing (ads, LPs, campaign sets, brand work).For 3 highlights, add 2–3 lines on goal ? your role ? outcome (metrics if possible).Short note on brands you admire in AI/SaaS and why (2–3 bullets).Optional: a *****s Loom walking through one project.How to ApplyEmail: (redacted)Important: Share your LinkedIn and portfolio.Optional Loom encouraged; personality matters.We move fast.To learn more about our culture and how we work as a team, check out our Culture & Careers Page.#J-*****-Ljbffr
