Now to Brand Design at tl;dv: Remote‑first (worldwide applicants welcome). Compensation set based on agreed hours / work scope of part‑time role (flexible). Engagement: Part‑time freelance (5‑20 h/week) with a clear path to full‑time within 12 months based on impact. Reports to Founder/Marketing/Head of Design. About The Opportunity We're building a differentiated brand in a brutally competitive AI/SaaS market. This is not a "make it pretty" gig. We want a designer with exceptional taste, strong opinions, and the instincts to ship visuals that move metrics. If you live and breathe design in tech / SaaS / AI, track the latest patterns, and want to grow from a part‑time contributor into a core, full‑time role, read on. What You'll Do Own day‑to‑day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assets. Evolve and guard our brand system across web and product‑adjacent surfaces. Turn complex AI features into clear, conversion‑ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets). Rapidly prototype A/B test variants; ship multiple creative angles per week. Build reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one‑pagers). Collaborate on campaign concepts end‑to‑end: insight, moodboard, concept, production, iteration. Maintain a tidy Figma workspace so others can self‑serve. Who You Are 6+ years hands‑on design experience in SaaS / AI. Exceptional taste; refined typography, layout discipline, restraint, edge. Deep interest in current design trends; references at fingertips. Not afraid to be bold; can defend strong creative while staying coachable. Fast‑paced, passionate, easy to work with. Low‑ego collaborator who communicates crisply. Tools: Figma & WordPress/Elementor power user; Adobe Illustrator as needed. Bonus if you can add light motion. Bonus Points if You… Have 2‑4+ years in marketing/advertising environments. Can produce quick micro‑motion. Understand performance marketing basics. Have experience building componentised design systems for marketing. What to Include Portfolio with 6‑10 pieces relevant to SaaS/AI marketing. For 3 highlights, add 2‑3 lines on goal, role, outcome (metrics if possible). Short note on brands you admire in AI/SaaS and why. Optional: a 30‑60s Loom walking through one project.
