Responsibilities:Participating in, communicating with and understanding the organization's processes, especially those with the greatest interface with the Planning, Sales, Shipping and Finance areas.Improve the quality of the services provided and the satisfaction of our internal and external customers.Supervising the development of activities, being responsible for ensuring the structuring and implementation of established processes in a systemic manner, with a view to improving processes.Collaborating with the structuring of processes and the leadership of the area so that sales targets and budget targets are met and our customers' perception of the quality of service is improved.Proposing appropriate tools and material and technological resources for the development of your team's activities.Coordinating the processing of sales orders, product returns, quotations and the release of orders for invoicing, guaranteeing pre- and post-sales customer service on time.Ensuring that customer complaints/dissatisfaction forms are issued immediately on becoming aware of the case.Monitoring and controlling the costs of the area under his responsibility.Drawing up and critically analysing internal and external KPIs for the Customer Service area, making improvements when necessary.Managing service provider contracts.Qualifications:Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or correlated areas.Knowledge of TOTVS - ERP Protheus.Desirable: knowledge in call center management.Desirable: post graduation course in service management, people management.Desirable: advanced English and intermediate Spanish.
