We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Success Expert. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer interactions, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to resolution.
- Coordinate installations, schedule appointments, and provide timely updates to customers and technicians.
- Communicate effectively with clients, field teams, and leadership to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service roles, preferably in field-service coordination.
- Advanced English fluency (C1 or C2 level): confident on the phone and in writing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Schedule & Setup Hours: 11 AM – 8 PM (California Time / PST) with 1-hour break included. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere with a reliable setup.
