OverviewWe're looking for a detail-oriented Data Onboarding Specialist to join our team and play a key role in helping new customers set up and migrate their data into Bonsai.This role is less about advanced analytics and coding, and more about ensuring customer data is clean, structured, and seamlessly integrated (primarily using Excel and Google Sheets).You'll work directly with customer success, operations, and product teams to make onboarding as smooth and efficient as possible.If you love working with spreadsheets, have an eye for detail, and enjoy finding creative ways to manipulate data, this role is for you.What You'll DoManage and support customer data migrations during onboardingClean, format, and transform datasets (99% in Excel/Google Sheets) to ensure accuracy and usabilityUse formulas, macros, AI tools, and VBA scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and ensure consistencyIdentify and resolve data inconsistencies, errors, or gaps with precisionWork closely with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handoff and strong customer experienceProvide creative solutions for data-related challenges, often finding ways to make complex migrations simpleDocument and improve internal data processes to increase efficiency over timeSupport ongoing operational data needs as Bonsai scalesRequirementsWhat We\'re Looking ForAdvanced experience with Excel and Google SheetsStrong attention to detail—accuracy and quality of data is very important for this roleExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently, stay highly organized, and juggle multiple onboarding projectsNice to HavePrevious experience in SaaS onboarding or operationsBackground at a fast-growing tech company or fintechBenefitsRemote-first roleWork closely with a global team in a fast-growing SaaS companyAll-expenses-paid team retreats — our last retreat was in LisbonA chance to make a real impact on a product that helps small businesses succeed#J-*****-Ljbffr
