1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.We are looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Administrator to join our team and take ownership of the strategic direction, optimization, configuration, and scalability of our Salesforce platform.In this pivotal role, you will provide technical leadership and mentorship, manage high-impact initiatives, and ensure the platform effectively supports and drives business goals.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and execute comprehensive Salesforce administration, including user management (access, roles, permissions), object/field configuration, workflows, and data integrityStrategically assess and configure Salesforce features such as custom objects, page layouts, Process Builder, and advanced Lightning Flows to meet evolving business prioritiesCollaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to gather requirements, define strategic objectives, and design scalable solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and future growthOversee and streamline licensing management, data imports/exports, backups, data cleansing, and user adoption processes while developing robust documentation and training programsResolve complex technical escalations by providing hands-on guidance and mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with Salesforce best practices and staying attuned to new releases and industry innovationsLead high-impact Salesforce projects, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, execution strategies, and cross-functional coordination to drive business outcomesDevelop, implement, and maintain processes, such as knowledge-sharing materials, FAQs, and training content to improve user education, adoption, and system engagement across teamsDesign and manage advanced analytics and dashboards to deliver actionable insights, enabling data-driven strategic decision-making at all levels of the organizationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator with increasing responsibility and leadership2+ years of experience managing complex Salesforce-related projects, including end-to-end execution, stakeholder collaboration, and resource coordinationEstablished background in project leadership and cross-functional collaboration, including leading Salesforce implementations from concept to realizationExtensive Salesforce Administration expertise in user management, custom objects/fields, page layouts, data integrity, and governance processesAdvanced proficiency in building workflows, Process Builders, and expert-level Lightning FlowsStrong ability to gather requirements, translate business objectives into strategic functional designs, and propose scalable and future-ready solutionsProven communication, mentorship, and stakeholder engagement skills, including creating documentation, training programs, and aligning technical strategies with business goalsDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot advanced issues, resolve escalations, and serve as the go-to technical expert for Salesforce-related inquiriesExcellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)Nice to haveSalesforce Advanced Administrator Certification and additional certifications such as Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce Lightning for sophisticated user interface customization and optimizationExpert-level expertise in Salesforce integrations and automation workflows to connect CRM with other platforms and enhance scalabilityBackground in Agile project management methodologies to optimize process workflows and team efficiencyExtensive experience in designing complex analytics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for deep insights and organizational strategy alignmentWe offerInternational projects with top brandsWork with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peersEmployee financial programsPaid time off and sick leaveUpskilling, reskilling and certification coursesUnlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ coursesGlobal career opportunitiesVolunteer and community involvement opportunitiesEPAM Employee GroupsAward-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedInSeniority levelSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionJob functionBusiness Development, Information Technology, and EngineeringIndustriesSoftware Development, IT Services and IT Consulting, and Technology, Information and InternetReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at EPAM Systems by 2xGet notified about new Salesforce Administrator jobs in Brazil.We're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.Experts add insights directly into each article, started with the help of AI.#J-*****-Ljbffr
