Marketing Production Designer RoleAt our organization, we're passionate about empowering individuals and businesses worldwide.Our cutting-edge recruiters connect leading companies with top talent, fostering a dynamic environment where innovation thrives.The Marketing Production Designer role involves creating and adapting marketing assets for brand and growth initiatives across multiple channels.This includes producing high-quality creative materials for digital, social, and print outputs while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment.Key responsibilities include:Producing marketing design elements and assets, including layouts, slides, presentations, and graphics.Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Enablement teams to produce art files for physical items such as gift kits, promotional materials, and event items.Rebuilding and adapting marketing assets in alignment with new visual guidelines.Managing external vendors for outsourced projects, including video editing and motion design.Managing, optimizing, and organizing the design asset library for scalability and efficiency.Requirements include 3+ years of experience in producing digital marketing assets, 2+ years of experience in B2B or tech social media roles, and 1+ year of experience leading social media strategy.A degree in Design, Graphic Design, or Visual Media is desirable, and fluency in English is required.As a Marketing Production Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing marketing campaigns to creating engaging content for social media platforms.You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life and drive business results.We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about creating visually appealing marketing materials.If you have a strong portfolio and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
