We value the unique contributions each individual brings to our team, and as part of our commitment to inclusion, all profiles are welcome.RESPONSIBILITIESManage end-to-end recruitment processes for strategic and highly complex positions across LATAM, with a focus on excellence, agility, and quality delivery;Partner with leaders and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, ensuring a positive candidate experience aligned with Coty's values;Conduct structured interviews, applying modern methodologies to identify talent with both cultural and technical fit;Develop and execute sourcing strategies, leveraging talent hunting techniques across multiple channels to attract diverse and qualified profiles;Collaborate with global and regional teams on Employer Branding, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives;Monitor recruitment KPIs, reporting insights and data to support continuous improvement of processes and results;Ensure effective use of the ATS and compliance with internal policies and local legislation;Lead, mentor, and develop the direct team, promoting growth and high performance.REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;Fluent in English and Spanish – essential for regional responsibilities and communication with stakeholders and candidates;Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition, with LATAM regional exposure;Strong knowledge of competency-based interviewing and recruitment tools (Linked In Recruiter, ATS, etc.);Proactive, collaborative profile with excellent communication and results orientation;Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
