Product Lead

OverviewProduct Lead (Remote - Brazil) at DBServices Portugal.
We're looking for a Product Lead to join a fast-paced, collaborative project.
You'll be responsible for uncovering product needs, aligning stakeholders, and guiding the delivery of impactful solutions from discovery to implementation.
You'll work closely with designers, engineers, and client teams to ensure every product decision is rooted in user value and business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesHelp clients define product vision and user objectives, maintaining strong client relationshipsWork with internal and external team members to define feature lists that align with the client\'s strategyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to iteratively build solutions that are in line with time and budget constraintsFacilitate conversations around scope management and feature prioritizationElicit requirements from stakeholders and manage complex requirement backlogs that consider multiple platformsBuild a shared understanding of product requirements among all stakeholders (internal and external)Understand and advocate for the end-users needsContribute to a strategic product roadmap that prioritizes features according to the client\'s visionWork alongside engineers to understand system architecture and data flows to guide feature developmentManage and document technical dependencies and API needs for use in feature implementationsCollaborate with product designers and engineers to create best-in-class user experiences that are feasible and within technical constraintsRequirements3+ years of experience in the software development industry as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Business Analyst, Requirements Manager, or related positionAn understanding of the software development life-cycle (SDLC) and experience working with one or more software development methodologiesDemonstrated experience with AI technologies in personal and/or professional contextsExperience working closely with stakeholders to elicit and define requirements for at least one of the following platforms: iOS, Android, WebStrong documentation and technical writing skills, with familiarity working with user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, flow diagrams, user personas, and API documentationExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to size solutions based on project constraints, i.e., time/scope/budgetExperience identifying and mitigating risks that could affect project outcomesAbility to communicate clearly, confidently, and tactfully and to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiencesKnowledge of frontend and backend technologies (i.e., web/native apps, APIs, databases) and the risks and constraints of different technologiesAn understanding of and deep appreciation for the topic of user experience (UX) and a drive to stay up-to-date with the continually evolving landscapeSelf-starter who takes initiative in solving problems and can self-manage commitments and deadlinesAdvanced EnglishBenefitsCollaborative Environment: We value a sense of community where ideas are shared, and achievements are celebrated as a team.Work from Anywhere: Freedom and flexibility to work from wherever you feel most productive and comfortable.Global Connection: Opportunity to interact with people from different countries and cultures, expanding your network and worldview.Physical Health Support: Through TotalPass and Mediquo, resources and programs, and telemedicine dedicated to your physical well-being.Mental Health Care: Team Care provides initiatives and actions to support your emotional and mental balance in daily life.Why DBServices?
