Product Design Opportunity">We are seeking a highly experienced Product Designer with expertise in creating intuitive, scalable product experiences for fast-paced startup environments.">The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a track record of shipping enterprise-grade digital products.
They will be able to partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet business objectives and customer needs.
">Key Responsibilities:">">Lead end-to-end product design processes from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.">Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
">Design interfaces for complex technical tools and SaaS products focusing on usability, scalability, and performance.">Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience.
">Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs.">Stay updated on industry trends, user behavior patterns in B2B software, and best practices in product design.
">">Requirements:">">Full professional proficiency in English, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate with international teams.
">Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, especially in security, data visualization, or technical tools.">Deep expertise with design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle.
">Solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software.">Experience working in agile development environments, with strong collaboration skills alongside Product Managers and Engineers.
">Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.">">Preferred Qualifications:">">Mid-Senior experience: 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer.">Direct experience designing for Business Intelligence or People Analytics.
">Background in designing data-heavy interfaces, with complex user journeys and role-based user permissions.">Knowledge of frontend development principles (HTML, CSS) to effectively communicate with developers.
