**Manage multiple projects** in JIRA to ensure timely delivery and goal alignment.
? **Automate workflows** with JIRA tools to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
**Create and customize dashboards/reports** for various stakeholders.
**Collaborate across teams** to gather requirements and keep projects on track.
**Implement JIRA Premium features**, including **ScriptRunner** and **QotiLabs Rich Filters** for enhanced reporting.
**Analyze complex data** to provide actionable insights that drive decisions.
**Train and support teams** on JIRA best practices and functionality.
**Identify process improvements** to enhance project management.
**Bridge communication** between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Stay ahead of industry trends and tools to keep our processes cutting-edge.
***What We're Looking For****:
? **Extensive experience** with JIRA automation, dashboards, and reports.
? Expertise in **Atlassian APIs** for seamless integrations.
? **Groovy scripting** skills to power automation within JIRA.
? Deep understanding of **JIRA Premium plugins** (e.g., ScriptRunner, Rich Filters).
? Exceptional **analytical skills** to turn data into insights.
? Ability to **lead complex projects independently**.
? Advanced dashboard/report configuration tailored to departmental needs.
? Proven **leadership experience** in managing project deliverables.
? Knowledge of **Agile frameworks** (Scrum/Kanban).
? Familiarity with **data visualization tools** (Tableau, Power BI).
? Experience in **Business and Data Analysis** (requirements gathering, reporting).
***Nice to Have****:
Experience **integrating JIRA with Salesforce** for project tracking and CRM.
