**Blade Support Analyst**:

Main Responsabilities:
Elaboration and revision of documents:
- Support on procedures and reports;
- Support the team on the analysis of the repair/inspection result reports;
- Elaborate and update the processes docs.
Technical support on the operating blade fleet:
- Support on the availability analysis;
- Support on the RCAs with visits to the wind farm;
- Support on the defect analysis and its categorization;
- Support the technicians in field providing repair maps;
- Availability to Work at Heights, access the WTG and Platforms.
Back-office support to the field teams:
- Elaborate and update the KPI's to monitor the safety and quality of field campaigns;
- Organize the people documentation, including training and certification requirements;
- Manage the database for the area management;
- Support on the technicians travel plans.
Resources management support:
- Support the coordinators on the tools and equipment's management;
- Support the coordinators on sending the tools and equipment to the destination where the campaigns will run;
- Support the coordinators on the materials and stock management.
