Key Responsibilities:Develop and Publish Scalable Business Intelligence Solutions: Create, design, deploy Power BI dashboards, reports as per business requirements.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate into effective BI solutions.Data Modeling, DAX Scripting: Perform data modeling, transformation, scripting for complex calculations.Ensure Solution Quality: Guarantee accuracy, reliability, performance optimization of Power BI solutions.Integrate Data Sources: Work with SQL databases, ETL processes, other data sources to integrate transform data.Maintain Security, Governance: Ensure data security, governance compliance within BI solutions.Provide Technical Support: Offer technical support, troubleshooting, training to business users.Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.Experience: Proven experience as a Power BI Developer (3+ years preferred).
Expertise: Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX.Understanding: Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, relational databases.Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL, querying large datasets.Integration Experience: Experience integrating Power BI with multiple data sources (Excel, SQL Server, Azure APIs etc).
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving communication presentation skills.Additional Knowledge: Knowledge of Azure Data services Data Factory Synapse Databricks is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies DevOps practices is an advantage.
