OverviewThis position is posted on behalf of a partner company.
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager - Oncology in the United States.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, providing escalation support and ensuring effective communication.Coordinate all functional services and external vendors to meet study timelines and budgets.Manage project budgets, scope, and change orders, ensuring early identification and resolution of out-of-scope activities.Develop comprehensive project plans with proactive risk management, monitoring trial and team progress through established metrics.Ensure quality management across projects, including eTMF readiness, corrective actions, and adherence to relevant SOPs and regulatory guidelines.Lead internal and client meetings, prepare status updates, and deliver presentations to stakeholders.Support study-specific training, business development initiatives, and other duties as assigned to achieve organizational goals.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent in a science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 7 years' clinical research experience with at least 4 years in direct project management.Proven experience managing complex, global clinical trials, including oncology and cell/gene therapy studies.Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, project management techniques, risk management, and change management.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.Competencies include strategic planning, decision-making, analytical skills, and the ability to inspire and lead study teams to achieve excellence.BenefitsCompetitive salary range: $125,200-$187,800 USD, with discretionary annual bonus eligibility.Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.Retirement savings plan with company contributions.Paid time off for vacation and sick leave, plus parental leave.Professional development opportunities and access to industry training.Flexible remote work arrangements, with occasional travel as required.Opportunity to lead high-impact oncology clinical studies and contribute to cutting-edge research.
