**About Us**At Billor, short for "Bill of Rights," we are building the largest trucking ecosystem in the U.S., dedicated to supporting truck drivers.By combining FinTech, Technology, and Freight Management, we empower drivers to achieve truck ownership and a better quality of life.Our mission is rooted in freedom, responsibility, and efficiency, enabling drivers to maximize productivity and enjoy more time with their families.**About the role**The Fleet Maintenance assistant will be responsible for managing the PTI services with the drivers and trucks, providing support and assistance related.**Responsibilities**- Manage the Pre-Trip Inspection and Post-Trip Inspection, guiding the driver to solve the reported problems and directing them to support.- Following the FMCSA score to check points of improvement to help the area and company oversee the evolution.- Report through the KPI's the coverage and response over the drivers and assets.- Feed the management platform in real time, providing guidance to dependent related teams.- Take care of the SLA and performance of individual trucks, generating reports.**Requisitos**:- Fluent English and Portuguese, Spanish will be an advantage.- Studying technician or degree in mechanical, production, automotive engineering or similar.- Knowledge in the area of maintenance and trucks will be an advantage.- Availability and desire to learn.- Sense of urgency and problem solving.- Organized and focused.
