**About the Role**- We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Reporting Technology Team and contribute to building, scaling, and maintaining a reliable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure.- You will be responsible for designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring smooth deployments.- This role requires close collaboration with development, QA, and SRE teams to foster a culture of automation, observability, and continuous improvement.**Key Responsibilities**- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.- Maintain and optimize infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.- Manage and scale containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Istio).- Implement security best practices in infrastructure, pipelines, and secrets management.- Support and improve incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem processes.- Advocate for and enforce a DevOps culture that emphasizes automation, self-service, and continuous improvement.**Required Qualifications**- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineer.- Strong knowledge of Linux administration and scripting (Bash, Python, or similar).- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).- Solid background with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI).- Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).- Proficiency with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or Pulumi).- Experience with monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, etc.).- Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPCs, service mesh).- Familiarity with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd).- Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).Exposure to chaos engineering and resilience testing.- O modelo de trabalho adotado pela ADP é office based/presencial, com a possibilidade de trabalho em home-office por até duas vezes na semana.**A little about ADP**: We are a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.We believe our people make all the difference in cultivating a down-to-earth culture that embraces our core values, welcomes ideas, encourages innovation, and values belonging.We've received recognition for our work by many esteemed organizations, learn more at ADP Awards and Recognition.**Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment Opportunity at ADP**: ADP is committed to an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace, and is further committed to providing equal employment opportunities regardless of any protected characteristic including: race, color, genetic information, creed, national origin, religion, sex, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, lawful alien status, ancestry, age, marital status, protected veteran status or disability.Hiring decisions are based upon ADP's operating needs, and applicant merit including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, ability, availability, cooperation, and job performance.
