Senior Murex Support SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Murex Support Specialist to join our team.This is a unique opportunity for individuals with extensive knowledge of Murex systems, who can provide expert-level support and ensure seamless execution of daily operations.About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues related to Murex Back-Office functionalities, as well as collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement solutions.In this role, you will also contribute to the improvement of our support processes and procedures, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesProvide expert-level support for Murex Back-Office functionalities, including pre and post-trade workflows.Liaise with internal teams to resolve technical issues and develop requirements for new features and enhancements.Analyze and formulate proposed solutions for project deliverables.Participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT) and perform testing for assigned deliverables.RequirementsMinimum 3 years' hands-on experience with Murex Back-Office functionalities, focusing on senior-level skills.Hands-on experience with Datamart, Market Data, Batch processing, End of Day flow(s), interfaces, and Trade Life Cycle.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Detailed-oriented and quick learner.Good communication and organizational skills.What We OfferWe offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
