You will be responsible for document management and cross-functional projects support. All communication is in English.Job Responsibilities:Creating of purchase requisitions in ELMA Procurement system;Sending invoices for payment;Contracts signing / documents management (ELMA, Docu Sign);Oral/written interaction with suppliers/partners (MDF Proof of Execution process);Maintain and structure of local Confluence spaces;Cross-functional projects support like Omnichannel calendar, Partner portal, Project pages update.Job Requirements:The ability to work 30 - 35 hours a week;English at Upper Intermediate level;Confident user of Power Point and Excel;Ability to learn quickly;Excellent communication skills.With Estimated TimelineRecruitment Process (approx. 2–3 weeks total):1) Resume review (1–3 business days)2) Introductory call with Recruiter (30 min)3) Interview with Hiring Manager (60 min)4) Optional final interview (if needed)5) Offer & reference check
