In this role, you'll partner closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Success and Engineering to set up and maintain the internal tools and automations that keep our operations engine humming. You'll learn by doing, owning small projects end-to-end, iterating quickly on platforms like Retool, n8n, metabase, or Taktile (or via lightweight scripts), and driving daily efficiency for teams across the business.QualificationsTrainee profile - 0–2 years of professional experience.Systems thinker with a strong ability for decomposing complex, cross-functional workflows into simple, maintainable stepsSQL proficiency for data extraction, aggregation and ad-hoc analysisBasic scripting skills (Python or Java Script), or strong willingness to learnFamiliarity with low-code/no-code platforms (Retool, n8n, Taktile) is a plus, or eagerness to get hands-on immediatelyFluent in Portuguese and English, both written and verbalStructured & detail-oriented, with a passion for clear documentation, playbooks and SOPsStrong communicator: comfortable interviewing stakeholders, running demos and training end usersGrowth mindset: resourceful, entrepreneurial spirit and hunger for continuous learningResponsibilitiesMap, Simplify & Continuous Improve ProcessesSurface recurring pain points and propose scalable, first-principles solutionsIterate rapidly on feedback loops, measure impact and refine workflows continuouslyBuild & Maintain ToolsPrototype and deploy dashboards, CRUD apps and automation flows in Retool, n8n, Taktile or similarWrite and schedule lightweight scripts (Python/Java Script) for data transforms, notifications and integrationsEnable Cross-Team EfficiencyMonitor tool performance, troubleshoot issues and onboard/train internal usersMaintain and update the operations wiki: runbooks, SOPs, data dictionariesData & ReportingCraft SQL queries to extract, clean and analyze operational dataBuild recurring reports and real-time alerts to track key metricsWhat we offerCollaboration and team spirit thrive best in an in-office environment.
