Technical ProfessionalAbout our company, A contact center automation start-up designing and deploying voice AI Agents.Our technology helps clients deliver exceptional customer experiences while cutting costs and managing growth.We are expanding operations and building a team on the ground in key markets.Job SummaryThis role involves working with clients to integrate LLMs, SIP telephony, API endpoints, and cloud infrastructure (AWS) using Node.js and IAC.The ideal candidate will translate goals into pragmatic workflows, then own the build, rollout, and measurement.This position requires 5-8 years of professional engineering experience ideally across full-stack development and system integration, workflow automation, and API-driven development.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration between LLM's, SIP Telephony, API endpoints, and cloud infrastructure (AWS) using mostly NodeJs and IAC.Partner with clients to design and implement automation workflows that align with their roadmap upon onboarding of new clients.Develop, integrate, and maintain full-stack features to deliver immediate value in production.Act as both engineer and consultant: uncovering client challenges, advising on solutions, and building them in collaboration with the clients technical team.Collaborate internally with the Customer Success and Conversation Design teams to translate to technical requirements and ensure seamless delivery.Contribute to improving internal tooling, documentation, and frameworks for faster client implementations.RequirementsStrong background in system integration, workflow automation, and API-driven development utilising Node.js and AWS.Proven ability to work directly with clients and colleagues, build trust, and translate business needs into technical solutions.Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with a high level of autonomy.Success MetricsWithin the first 30 days:Map our architecture, run the product locally and in staging.Set up logs and monitoring.Closure of low-risk tickets, peer-reviewed fixes, and improvement of at least one run book.Over the next few months:Be a trusted technical support partner who triages and resolves incidents end-to-end.Consistently meet SLAs.Owning a service area with clear dashboards and documentation.Reduce repeat issues through small automations or fixes.Contribute to RCAs and share knowledge with the team.BenefitsFast-growing start-up with a dynamic and innovative culture.Opportunity for significant professional growth and career advancement.Competitive salary and commission structure.Highly flexible work environment with a 'remote first' company.
